This training is designed with the young and adventerous in mind. People at this stage are most open to new ideas and concepts. Working with them presents an oppportunity to help mold future leaders. Our tools help young/emerging leaders expand their career horizons with insightful self-evalutaion along the way.

"Universal Corporate Leadership Training"
At it's root, "to lead" means to exercise influence in some area. Every member of an organization or firm meets this criteria. Therefore we train them as leaders. The goal is building a team that demonstrates the desired coporate values and character.
Phase one (4 sessions) Concentrates on the individual and the importance of each person's character to the health fo the team.
Phase two (4 sessions) Gives practical tools to the whole team to help maintain unity and corporate effectiveness.
