Through public teaching, private counseling and coaching, he has helped individuals and organizations on four continents discover their purpose and learn what it means to be empowered to “take their mountain” of influence. Susi has also been equipping exceptional people to achieve extraordinary results for over 30 years. Her rich career experience includes live theater, television, radio, and print advertising, modeling, pastoral ministry, teaching Jr. High School, and raising two exceptional children. Susi is an accomplished actress who has been featured in many regional and national advertising campaigns, national sales meetings and product introductions, as well as numerous Children’s Theater productions. She is also a proficient literary editor. Susi brings her own unique feminine touch to the training and coaching arena. Many have testified to the empowerment and confidence they have gained through her insightful and thorough approach.
Carl and Susi reside in Rochester, NY.Together they have 2 gifted adult children, Stephen and Rachel, who are also involved as influencers in their creative fields.
